huge Brazilianite with Muscovite

A gigantic, very impressive, two-sided, LARGE CABINET, specimen composed nearly solidly of lustrous, green-yellow brazilianite blades from the famous pegmatites of Brazil. The sculptural, inset, vug at the top hides the largest translucent blades, which size to 3.5 cm. A ribbon of muscovite crystals across the bottom of the piece is a super accent. This is one of the largest brazilianite specimens I have seen from these finds and clearly dates to the 1980s brief production of material here. An old label on the piece had a $3750 price. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection and hasn't been seen since the early 1980s. Value today of such a monster in this very rare size??? 13.2 pounds or 6.0 kilos.
