Item Description

This is a very attractive association specimen from one of the most famous classic Peruvian localities. There are several sharp, lustrous, prismatic, parallel growth crystals of Hubnerite beautifully aesthetically intergrown with colorless/white gemmy Quartz crystals. The finest aspect to this specimen is the fact that when it is backlit, it shows the classic and highly sought after blood-red hue that made these specimens so popular 30 years ago. An attractive display piece and great quality to boot. Valued at $1000 retail.
