Hubnerite with Quartz

Item Description

An attractive association specimen from one of the most famous classic Peruvian localities. There are several sharp, lustrous, prismatic, parallel growth crystals of Hubnerite beautifully assocaited with colorless gemmy Quartz crystals. There is a very slight red hue to the Hubnerites when strongly backlit. A nice reference piece from the locality that has arguably produced the finest Hubnerites extant.
