Item Description
Some of the most well-known Hubnerite specimens from any US locality are those from the famous old Adams Mine in Colorado. This locality is essentially known for these specimens specifically, and they are still among the best and most popular for the species from all of Colorado. This large miniature / small cabinet specimen features a 1.3 cm group of beautiful, sharp, lustrous, deep reddish-brown tabular striated crystals of Hubnerite sit atop a drusy Quartz matrix. Specimens such as this are not readily available these days. For the quality, size and overall displayability, it is certainly a very good example of this well known material. Valued at $800 retail.
