Item Description
This is a very attractive association specimen from one of the most famous classic Peruvian localities. Bladed, sharp, lustrous, prismatic, crystals of Hubnerite are associated with minor gemmy, sharp, lustrous, white / colorless, prismatic Quartz crystals on the reverse side. These crystals have not been seen with much frequency in years, and they are among the finest Hubnerites ever found. This particular piece could date back as far as the 1970s. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#12299). Kay was a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics. She nearly lived 100 years from April 1920 - March 2020.
