Item Description

This Large Cabinet sized plate of crystals has a sea of numerous tiny, sharp, tabular blades of dark brown to deep brownish-red Hubnerite that sit on a matrix of granular Quartz. The crystals have fine striations along their face with the largest crystals measuring 4-5 mm long. This is classic material from the Adams Mine in Colorado. Ex. Kurt Hefendehl. It is a large specimen - unusually large, for this classic old material mined in the mid 1900s.
