Item Description

A classic, "hot pink" tourmaline from the famous Stewart Mine. This beautiful gemmy crystal has well-striated, lightly frosted prism faces. Complete all-around. Both terminations are contacted. One has no damage, per se, with the other having a dinged corner. A highly desirable San Diego County pegmatite elbaite. These date from the 1950s or 60s. 18 grams mass.
