Horvathite-(Y) (Type Locality & unique)

Item Description

Horvathite-(Y) is a unique ultra-rare REE carbonate found in a pegmatite only at this famed locale. Clusters of tiny, vitreous, orthorhombic crystals are noted in a sculptural vug along with snow-white analcime balls. Excellent and rare combination material. We obtained this from a large rarities collection recently. It is the only one I have had for sale in many years, maybe a decade.
