The honey color and bright luster made them midwest classics for many years, but they are seldom seen outside midwest collecting circles and were always rare. As a kid, it was my dream to own a good one, in fact...! This is an outstanding and aesthetic example of a pristine, 2.7 x 2.2 x 1.8 cm, glassy, water-clear amber cube that is jauntily perched on a sliver of silicified limestone matrix.
