Item Description

Hilarionite is an ultra rare hydrated iron arsenate, unique to this mine in the famous and ancient Lavrion District. It is a new species, approved in November, 2011. Pretty mint-green, fuzzy botryoids in nifty, cauliflower head-like clusters cover the gossan matrix on this very rich, colorful and excellent example of this recently described, very rare species. I think very little is out on the market. Valued?
