Hidalgoite is a rare lead arsenate and this very rich and uncommon small cabinet is from the Gold Hill Mine of Utah. All sides of the vuggy matrix wedge are richly covered pretty pastel-green hidalgoite, either as massive crusts, striking, swirl-like patterns or tiny botryoids of hidalgoite. The crest hold a major, hidden surprise of a 2.5 cm lined with larger, greenish-yellow, hidalgoite botryoids. Outstanding and rich older material from the Ed Bancroft Collection and comes with a Ward's label.
