Item Description
Glassy, pearlescent, slightly curved heulandite crystals cover the basalt matrix plate on this an important old specimen from Iceland. Before India, these Icelandic zeolites set the standard and were considered both superb specimens and a mark of the sophisticated collector. Crystals reach about 1.3 cm on this fine old-timer. Ex Russell Jones Collection and comes with an older Plummer's label dating from 1952 to about 1961. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
