Item Description

This Trap Rock locality is one of the most impressive (and under appreciated) localities in the world. This quarry has produced some amazing specimens in the last 100 years. This specimen features pearly, very lustrous, cream colored groups of Heulandite crystal groups measuring up to 1.1 cm with minor Calcite on matrix. The Heulandite crystals are extremely attractive with excellent luster, gemminess and good form. You don't see many specimens of this material on the market these days, especially since the quarry is finished and will never produce these specimens again. A nice display specimen from this historic east coast locality.
