Item Description

This Trap Rock locality is one of the most impressive (and under appreciated) localities in the world. This quarry has produced some amazing specimens in the last 100 years. This specimen features a 1.4 cm lustrous, pearly, white color group of Heulandite crystals on sparkling colorless/white Quartz matrix. The Heulandite crystals are extremely attractive with excellent luster and good form. You don't see many specimens of this material on the market these days, and even less will be available now that Prospect Park is finished, and nothing more will be coming out. A nice display specimen from this historic east coast locality.
