Item Description

This Trap Rock locality is one of the most impressive (and under appreciated) localities in the world. This quarry has produced some amazing specimens in the last 100 years. This specimen features some rather lustrous, porcelain-white Heulandite groups on "stubby" Quartz crystals on basalt matrix. The crystal groups - which measure up to 1.4 cm across - are very attractive with excellent luster and great form. You don't see many specimens of this material on the market these days, especially with great luster, form and sharpness. A nice display specimen from this historic east coast locality.
