Item Description

Lustrous, bubbly, botryoids and crusts of heterogenite, a rare cobalt oxide, richly covers the light weight crust of lustrous, translucent, emerald-green, chrysocolla botryoids on this impressive large combination specimen from this famous copper mine. Such specimens are relatively uncommon from Katanga. The mass is only 300 grams on this large piece.
