Item Description

Hetaerolite is a rare zinc, manganese oxide. This showy, rare and old specimen is from the famous mines at Bisbee. Dark, rust-brown, bubbly hetaerolite comprises the entire sculptural piece. The botryoids look like grape clusters. A bit of periphery wear is noted on the sides, but is a very modest detraction. A nifty, old, two-sided piece from the Dennis Mullane Bisbee Collection and comes with a faded older label.
