A "gem" of an 11-piece deal of classic Herkimer quartz "diamonds" from an older East Coast collection. The 10 smaller doubly terminated floater crystals are well-matched in size and limpid clarity. They are so sharply formed, they look faceted! A couple of crystals have small side cars, adding character. The impressive large crystal is a water-clear, doubly terminated compound crystal with striking form and has beautiful "rainbow" effects under light. It also looks faceted. This crystal also has a bit of included bitumen (hydrocarbon), adding pizzazz. Impress your friends with a fantastic "diamond" collection! These would be excellent for lapidiary use. 32 grams mass.
