Herkimer Diamond Quartz

Item Description

Three crystals of glassy and gemmy, colorless, "Herkimer Diamonds" are clustered together as is typical for these finds (one should assume they are all repaired until proven otherwise, by the way - nature of the material). The largest crystal is 4 cm in length and all are doubly terminated. Minor abrasions are present on a few, and the large central crystal is repaired at a lateral break which probably occurred in situ, which is unfortunate. Still, even repaired, it looks good and is representative of the matieral. valued only $100 for the repair issue, but its still so pretty we felt it would be worht putting out there for somebody to have a good looking example at a bargain price
