Herderite (rare green color)

These green Pakistani Herderites were rather limited in the number found, and they are for my money, some of the most impressive crystals of Herderite from any locality. The color is certainly attractive, and green Herderite is simply not common whatsoever. This little thumbnail is a lovely light green color prismatic crystal with small translucent areas and fairly sharp faces. I have not seen one of these specimens available on the market for a while, and I'm sure that many thumbnail collectors, or even general collectors of gem crystals, do not have one of these green Herderites in their collections.
