Item Description
Amazing, scintillating neon-blue bubbly hemimorphite botryoids cover most of this stunning sculptural two-generation banded hemimorphite plate from the Wenshan Mine. A thin coating of matte tiffany-blue hemimorphite covers botryoids on one end of the piece. Contacting and the sides reveal the dense variable-blue banding of the hemimorphite. This is a superb and rare bright blue color for Wenshan hemimorphite and the translucent hemimorphite GLOWS, when backlit! Valued at $1500 in the inventory. MUCH better in person, as the camera could not capture the true neon-blue color of the hemimorphite.
