Sparkly spherical aggregates of hemimorphite crystals line the vugs on this dramatic and sculptural large cavernous specimen from this old extinct hemimorphite-rich zinc mine. Most of the area mines were closed prior to 1900. Mineral specimens are very uncommon from the area mines and this is a rich and most excellent large example from the Paterson Museum Collection.
