Several, super lustrous, large, divergent radiating sprays of fat Hemimorphite crystals dominate this small cabinet piece from arguably the best locality on the planet for the species! This is a very classic style for the material, rarely seen today in crystals of such size. Hemimorphite is one of those "high luster" minerals that have intense reflectivity and this is the perfect example of that in crystals that that are in excess of two and a half inches! There are four tight clusters that comprise this piece that are tight divergent clusters of crystals resulting in overall striated crystals with multiple, scintillating terminations on three of them, the smaller one to the left is unterminated. These crystals set on a tiny nub of Hematite-rich matrix and the big crystals are exceptionally glassy and translucent with a real "sparkle" to them.
