Yes, this is a NATURAL specimen of hemimorphite! We have been trying to bring you a variety of the wonderful blue hemimorphites that have been coming from Wenshan over the past year. This STRIKING, sculptural, LARGE CABINET specimen has vugs on all sides filled with beautiful hemimorphite! The botryoidal surfaces looks like molten plastic, and are an intense, deep robins-egg blue. It is very lustrous - a smithsonite-like luster - and actually slightly translucent. The color in person is even more intense than the pics show. For color and uniqueness, this represents one of the most unusual new finds of the past couple of years!
