Item Description

A classic and excellent Cavradi hematite specimen of splendent, parallel-growth hematite blades. The hematite blades have nifty, stepped-growth faces (interestingly at different angles of either side) and both sides of the piece have embedded, gemmy, wine-red, rutile crystals. This fine piece looks great from both sides. The very high luster, excellent form and rutile association make for an excellent specimen. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Valued at $350.
