Item Description
A classic from the high mountain Alps of Switzerland, this is a superb miniature of the bladed hematite "iron roses." It has super-sharp luster and amazing sparkle to it, accented with small crystals of gemmy red rutile on some hematite crystals. It is complete 360, all around, and undamaged save only a few very tiny little dings mostly confined to one crystal. The large crystal is 1 inch across. Specimens like this, full miniatures with aesthetics, tend to be priced at $1000-2500 on the european market at shows, depending on which specific location they may be from.
