Item Description
Intergrown, radiating clusters of striking two-toned calcite scalenohedrons form a most sculptural specimen from the classic Scottish locale. The very glassy, water-clear crystals are preferentially included with brown hematite. The impressive, large, pristine, doubly terminated crystal is 4.6 cm long. In great shape, with just a trivial bit of periphery wear. Calcites of this style and quality are very uncommon. Choice material.
