Item Description
The Hematites from Wessels are renowned for their luster and crystal habit, and justifiably so by looking at this specimen. The mirror-like luster is superb, and the stepped faced add greatly to the aesthetics. The largest of the faces is 1.8 cm across, and the sides faces of the crystals are every bit as lustrous as the main faces. There is a small dusting of Feldspar and Garnets, but the real strength of this particular Wessels piece are the outstanding Hematites. - a killer thumbnail!/toenial size specimen
