Item Description
Mirror-luster small crystals of hematite form this solid floater of crystals, so bright and so shimmering that it is honestly hard to look at with the eyes, and focus on. They are ridiculously lustrous. While some crystals of hematite of this style seem to form in modern volcanic regions in vents, such as Italy or Bolivia, it seems this deposit is much much older. It was a small find that turned up at a show in China a few years ago, and we are not really sure when it was actually found (2010-2015 range, I was told). In any case, this is a brilliantly sparkly, pretty example of hematite from a rare location.
