Wow, this is certainly the best and most attractive piece of this obscure material that I've seen. Straight from the famous Black Forest of Germany, this is a lovely and very well-formed piece of kidney ore Hematite showing the classic agglomerations of mammilary aggregates, but in this case we get an internal view to the semi-crystalline pseudo-scalenohedral form. It's a really cool Hematite, and definitely worth picking up if you collect German minerals.
