Item Description
A very fine example for the species from this this uncommon Arizona locality. A solid mass of metallic-bright, sharp hematitie crystals with some curved faces form a very showy cluster. Scattered bruising and a couple of broken crystals are noted, but have minimal impact on this excellent hematite, that reminds me of Rio Marina material from Elba. Older material from the 1960s or 70s from the Dick Jones Collection. Valued $500
