Item Description
A very sharp, super lustrous hematite crystal with the classic and unusual crystal habit you rarely see from here of pseudo-scalenohedral or bullet-shaped style of crystallization with rare multiple faces and a lustrous, broad, pincoid face on top. It looks like a Gemini space capsule! These mirror-lustrous hematites, for their habit, are to me among the more impressive examples of the species. The noted contacting is certainly only modest detraction to this highly unusual and excellent style of hematite. Ex Charlie Key collection. valued $1000
