Splendent, sharp, metallic-gray, stacked hematite crystals form an aesthetic thumbnail from this famous Kalahari mine. The bit of contrasting calcite is a nice accent. The famous mines here have produced some of the finest hematites in the world and this is very cute thumbnail example. ex.
