Heliodor-tipped Aquamarine xls on Schorl

A showy and excellent cluster of rare, heliodor-tipped aquamarine crystals aesthetically scattered and embedded in scintillating schorl microcrystals from a recent one-time find in the Erongo Mountains. The 3.9 cm, striking, large crystal is doubly terminated with heliodor at both ends, has light pastel-blue color and the typically crackling interior becomes gemmier at both ends. The smaller crystals have the same appearance with the heliodor tips. A couple of broken minor aquas are noted, but have very modest impact on the overall presentation of this very sculptural, uncommon and fine example of the species.
