A gorgeous and sculptural toenail sized piece of this classic material consisting of sharp, lustrous, black pseudo-octahedral (bipyramdial tetragonal) crystals of Hausmannite measuring up to 1.0 cm from the famous Wessels Mine. This is some of the finest crystallized Hausmannite in the world, and good piece like this are not easy to find on the market today. More than just a black rock, this is an attractive display specimen of this fairly hard to find manganese oxide.
