Item Description

A gorgeous and scultural thumbnail consisting of sharp, lustrous, black pseudo-octahedral (bipyramdial tetragonal) crystals of Hausmannite measuring up to 8 mm from the famosu Wessels Mine. This is some of the best Hausmannite in the world, and good thumbnails like this are not easy to find on the market. More than just a black rock, this is an attractive display specimen of this fairly hard to find manganese oxide.
