Item Description

Well-crystallized halite specimens are uncommon from this salt lake that is usually dry except after rain storms. This is a fine, large mounded plate of rare pretty pink hoppered cubes. The cubes reach about 2.0 cm. Collected by John Seibel in the early 1990s. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection.
