Gypsum with sand inclusions (''floater'' specimen)

These are very iconic and easily recognizable Gypsum specimen, from this interesting US locality. While Oklahoma isn't the most mineral specimen rich state in the US, I'll be a lot of collectors think of these beautiful Gypsum crystals when it comes to mineral of the Sooner State. This piece is a fantastic example of this material as it is an excellent, sharp, "floater" crystal group that would ordinarily be colorless were it not for the beautiful golden-brown sand particle inclusions that have created a gorgeous hue. Complete all around, no damage that I can find, and a choice example of this classic material from northern Oklahoma. It's one of the larger piece we've had to offer as well, most are typically smaller.
