Intergrown stellate sprays of sand-included gypsum blades form a striking and sculptural large 3-dimensional specimen from this famous Oklahoma locale. The blades on the impressive piece reach about 5.0 cm and some blades have the desirable "hour-glass" form with clear edges and sand-included interiors. Very nearly pristine, with only one gently bruised blade tip, amazing for such a soft mineral! Classic Jet gypsum from the Joe Lobell Collection. Joe is a well-known retired dealer and field collector of Oklahoma and Texas material. The quality on this large one is over the top.
