Item Description

A beautiful and showy classic specimen of the famous golden Gypsum (Selenite) from Las Salinas. The piece hosts a pair of very sharp, GEM quality, lustrous, thin, "fish-tail"-twinned crystals of rich golden colored Gypsum which are associated with a few "disc"-like blades of golden Gypsum with minor white/colorless, gemmy, Halite. The largest Gypsum twin measures 4.5 cm long and both twins are in very good shape for the material. A fantastic display piece of these now hard to find specimens.
