Item Description

Gypsum specimens from ANY locality in El Paso County are VERY RARE. This is a pristine 360-degree "ball" of lustrous, translucent, light brown blades with striking, filed-looking sawtooth edges. Extraordinary Colorado material from the Eugene Carmichael Collection. Probably old, but no proof. It could be a floater, but for the tack on the bottom. A MUST for locality or species collector.
