Some of the worlds finest, if not the best, gypsum crystals have come from the Naica District of Mexico. This showy cluster consists of sharply terminated, transparent to translucent, blocky crystals with striking interior growth phantoms. Very trivial rubbing and contacting at the base are noted, but this remains a visually impressive 360-degree example of the species and famous locale.
