Glowing vibrant orange-yellow describes this showy Gypsum piece from Peru from now famous finds of the early 2000s! It is entirely composed of classically formed fishtail-twinned Gypsum crystals! It is an impressive, colorful and sculptural 360-degree small cabinet specimen from this well-known Peruvian salt mine. The crystals vary in size between 1 to 4.4 cm in length and are very nearly pristine with very few showing trivial edge wear and in great condition overall for the crystal density, and there must be several dozen crystals here! The big fishtail twin at the rear of the piece measures 4.4 cm in length and 3.5 cm in width and is totally transparent! Classic, very colorful, showy and much more than just representative for the locality!
