Item Description
An incredibly hard to find specimen of the extremely rare barium uranium selenide Guilleminite (bright yellow) associated with dark forest green Vandenbrandeite and medium green colored Malachite from the Musonoi Mine in DR Congo. We have photographed the piece with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate the quality. A great piece for any rarities collector or a fan of uranium species. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#7849). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
