A showy combination piece of gemmy Garnets with Clinochlore from a classic Italian locality. These crystals are well-known European classics known for their gemminess and deep wine-red color. The Grossular Garnets average about 2 mm, and they are associated with lustrous, green-gray Clinochlore books. One whole face of the granite is completely covered, and the piece sparkles so much it looks like these were gems inset by a jeweler. Better in person.
