Item Description
An uncommon specimen of notably green Grossular from the unlikely locality of the Wah Wah Mountains. Obviously, this region is best known for the gooseberry colored Red Beryl specimens, and honestly, I have only seen a handful of these Grossulars over the years. This piece is a very good representation featuring a pair of sharp, lustrous dodecahedral crystals with slight translucency. The largest crystal measures 1.6 cm and it each of the two main crystals has a slight "rub" on the corner, but it's not terribly distracting.
