Item Description
A great Italian Alpine classic. This specimen hosts reddish orange color, lustrous, gemmy, sparkling, dodechedra (with minor trapezohedral modifying faces) of Hessonite with Clinochlore on matrix. Bellecombe is famous for these Hessonites and they are truly some of the world's finest for what they are. A nice reference specimen from this locality.
