Rich emerald-green, gemmy, sharp, chromian grossular garnet dodecahedrons to 6 mm are nicely clustered on matrix on this showy and excellent specimen from this well-known Urals asbestos mine. Such specimens are seldom on the market. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock, with a $375 price on his at least 10-year old label. It is worth more today.
