Item Description
Garnet comes in virtually every color of the rainbow, and Grossular is a very diverse species as far as color is concerned. This stone is from the famous Jeffrey Mine in Quebec, where some of the finest examples of the species have ever been found. These Garnets are often referred to as Hessonite, a name given to the red and orange Grossulars around the world. This little "brilliant trillion" cut gem has a unique pastel golden-peach hue with eye-clean clarity. A wonderful collector quality stone for any fan of Garnets or these speicifc stones from Jeffrey.
