Item Description
Here we have a very good sized single "floater" crystal of Grossular from Sierra de Cruces. The piece is a very well-formed, sharp, lustrous, soft pinkish-grey colored textbook dodecahedron. Keep in mind that Garnet crystals rarely exceed 2 cm from most world localities, so when you have a crystal that's over 5 cm like this, it's a big deal. A great piece for any fan of worldwide Garnets, Mexican minerals or fans of crystal morphology.
